  1. Develop a great business idea.
  2. Complete both the application and fit-gap form online or call (330) 445-1059 to have one mailed.
  3. Return both forms to the Center Director.


After receiving the complete online or paper application and fit-gap form, the Center Director will call to schedule an initial consultation.  Please feel free to contact the Director with any questions about the Center for Entrepreneurial Success or the application process.
